what the average agency delivers

Meta flags an ad as fatigued after about a week. A typical agency retainer ships four or five new ads a month. That gap, not your budget, is why results go flat.

When Meta took away targeting controls, the algorithm took over that job. What decides whether you scale or stall now is how many genuinely different ads you can feed it, and how fast.

One founder put it this way, right before firing his agency: "We're all working on it, but nobody knows what to do." The not-knowing is the expensive part. When results stall, you can't tell if the problem is the creative, the funnel, or the person running it.

Finding winners is a numbers game. The team that tests more good ads, faster, wins more often. Producing that many good ads is what breaks agencies, freelancers, and founders alike. So we built a machine for it.

02 / The machine

A system that runs every single day.
Not a tool you babysit.

01SWEEP

Every morning, the machine scans your market and your competitors, identifying what's working right now, what's dying, and where the gaps are.

02MODEL

Winning angles and hooks get reverse-engineered and remodeled into fresh concepts built specifically for your offer, not recycled templates from some swipe file.

03PRODUCE

New copy and creative gets produced at machine speed, grounded in your actual customer proof, your real data, your real results.

04THE FINAL CALL

Nothing ships without Brad. Every ad the machine produces is personally approved or killed by a buyer who has watched ads live and die in Meta auctions since 2012. The kills go in a log you can read. Most drafts don't survive. Everything that does lands in your ad account PAUSED.

Yes, a machine makes them. A machine is the only way to make enough. The machine is Brad's, built by hand for this exact job. And it physically lacks the permissions to activate an ad or move budget. Brad go, or no go.

03 / The founder trap

The founder sells you.
Then you get the interns.

Here's the dirty secret of the agency model. The founder is the best mind in the building. That's who gets on the sales call. That's who impresses you. That's who you think you're hiring. Then you sign.

And your account gets handed to a 24-year-old account manager who's juggling eleven other clients and will quit in eight months. The founder? He's doing sales full time now. That's how agencies scale. They hire juniors, delegate the thinking, and hope you don't notice the difference.

I know because I ran an agency. I watched good accounts die of handoffs and turnover, and the honest truth is nobody owns the account in that model. So I built something different. AI handles the work that used to require a team: the competitor research, the copy drafts, the image generation at volume. I handle the judgment, the strategy, the decisions that actually determine whether your ads work. I'm ultimately responsible, and I care the most.

Nothing gets delegated to a junior. There are no juniors.
There's the machine. And there's me.

— Brad, founder

04 / The category

Agencies are slow. AI tools are generic. Meet option 3.

Agencies

Slow creative, silent between reports, fees that grow with your spend

AI ad tools

Generic output you still rewrite yourself. A tool is not an outcome

Design subscriptions

An unlimited queue is not unlimited throughput. And nobody's watching your market

Brad Davis spent a decade as an IBM engineer, then left to build a wood-fired pizzeria to a million dollars a year, sold it, and it's still the number one pizza place in its city. He's bought Meta ads since 2012, for coaching and education businesses and for the agency he ran along the way. One of the world's leading marketing and copywriting coaching programs, an AI-centric one, hired him to build their ad systems. He's seen how the sausage gets made inside the agency model: the handoffs, the turnover, the accounts nobody owns. Adzara is the opposite bet: one person wraps his arms around the whole thing, builds the tools with an engineer's hands, and is ultimately responsible for every ad.

He is the only person who touches your account, which is also why there are only two onboarding slots a month. And structurally, Adzara can't spend a dollar without him: every ad gets reviewed, every ad lands paused. Most drafts get killed. The kill log is part of your delivery.

07 / FAQ

Fair questions

Is this just AI slop?+

Most AI ad tools are exactly that. One founder who tested ten of them called the output "polished fluff, nice UI, zero depth." That's why nothing here ships until Brad signs it: every ad is approved or killed by the same person, and the kills go in a log you can read. Most drafts don't survive.

What if I don't like the first batch?+

If you don't approve your first package, you don't pay for it. And most of the twelve in any month won't be winners. That's the design: finding a winner is a numbers game, and twelve real shots a month is more than most agencies take in a quarter. You're paying to find the two that win.

What happens to my ad account access?+

Nothing. It's your account. It stays your account. On the Growth tier, we use partner or employee level access to operate inside it. You maintain full ownership and can revoke access whenever you want. We're tenants, not landlords.

How is this different from hiring an agency?+

Most agencies run the same playbook for every client and check in once a week. We're pulling live competitor data and real customer proof every single day, and building creative from what's actually happening in your market right now. The machine makes us faster. The human layer makes us smarter. And we don't charge you more when your ads start working.

What if the ads don't perform?+

Then we figure out why and fix it. That's literally the job. The system runs daily kill/scale/launch reviews specifically so underperformers get caught fast. If something's not converting, we already know, and we're already testing the next version.

Why is there a waitlist?+

Because Brad personally reviews every ad before it ships. Every strategy. Every creative decision. His attention is the bottleneck, and that's by design. Each tier has a fixed number of slots. When they're full, new clients wait. That's not a marketing tactic. That's what happens when the founder refuses to hand your account to someone junior.

Who actually does the work?+

AI handles the grunt work: competitor sweeps, copy drafts, image generation at volume. Brad handles the judgment: strategy, approvals, every decision that determines whether your ads print or bleed. There are no junior account managers. There are no interns. It's the machine and Brad. That's it.

Do I own the creative?+

Yes. Everything we deliver is yours. The concepts, the copy, the images, all of it. Use it however you want. Run it on other platforms. Hand it to another team. Put it on a billboard. You paid for it. It's yours.

See if it's a fit.
20 minutes. No weird pressure.

I take on 2new accounts a month. Not because I'm trying to seem exclusive — because I personally touch everything. Every ad. Every strategy call. Every creative decision. I'd rather turn people away than hand your account to someone who doesn't know what they're doing. Book a call. I'll tell you if I can actually help. And if I can't, I'll tell you that too. — Brad
